Positive: Excellent location with the most beautiful view. A short drive into town and close to many wonderful beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities , cooking utensils , crockery and electrical equipment . A good washing machine. Parking for 1 car in front of the house. Good communication with the host with suggestions of restaurants , beaches and activities nearby . A short drive to the Costa Smerelda Airport in Olbia - so a good base to use at either the start or end of your holiday .
Negative: The 3rd bedroom is more suitable for children as it has bunkbeds. Although totally separate and there is no interaction, overlap or communal use of any space - the upper level of the house is shared with another local family .
