4 Bedroom House with Fireplace, Laundry and Security

Kick back in a beautiful Charleston/craftsman style home with new modern furnishings right by the heart of Athens. Walk 18 minutes to the UGA arch and campus or walk 25 minutes to Sanford stadium! This home is perfect for a weekend of seeing all Athens has to offer, tailgating, or a wonderful place to stay and catch up with your UGA student. It is convenient to local wedding venues and less than a mile from the Classic Center. There is a private backyard with a screened in porch with TV, fire pit, Adirondack seating, corn hole, string lighting, cooler, charcoal and gas grills.

Summary: This house had everything, we instantly felt at home and had ample space for our group of 9. The kids loved getting to pick the beds they slept in and us adults loved that we had nice sized comfortable beds. The house was perfectly situated close enough to UGA campus and downtown Athens to allow us easy access to everything we wanted to do and more. The property was so well stocked and the host was great about giving recommendations and providing the best instructions. The home was clean and had everything and more than we could ask for. We will hopefully be back to Athens and will for sure look to stay in this property again.
