**New to KEES for 2023!!** Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is perfect for long or short stays! Chill Out offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best bars, restaurants, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!
Chill Out allows for outstanding sunset viewing and a chilled-out vacation. Cook up something hot on the gas grill, soak in the hot tub, and relax in the shade on one of the many porches. Guests can enjoy access to the community pool that has both a lazy river and a splash pad, easy beach access that is a short drive from the property, and sunset views from the sound front community pier. Launch kayaks, bottom fish, or take in the surroundings while visiting this area.
Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.
Chill Out is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 5 to May 21. Beginning May 26, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
