You have found the perfect place! We have a deep water dock, paved, beside our main driveway, and accessible with a car or golf cart (forget about climbing any stairs to get to a dock here! We are all about relaxation!) We welcome corporate events, family reunions, weddings, baby showers, baby reveals, birthday parties, and much more here! We are known for the BEST breathtaking views of Lake Lanier & the NE GA mountains! Chateau Mountain View is 10,840 sf home nestled on 3.5 acres in the City of Gainesville, GA. Our deep water dock will support any size boat!! Shopping is only 3 mins away for groceries or food. This chateau features the master suite on the first floor with 10 ft ceilings and views of the lake. It has a gorgeous bathroom with his and her vanity's, soaking tub, and walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast area with table and bar seating. Step through the sliding glass doors, from the kitchen, and you have covered outdoor conversational set and large table with chairs. The living room has a very large comfy designer couch with and 55 inch TV. The formal living room is spacious with cozy decor that fits perfect if you would like to enjoy a book. The formal dining room has ample seating for everyone to enjoy a family meal. There is a home office on the first floor equipped with internet access and printer for those who need to work or print boarding passes. There are plenty of books to read for your pleasure. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one room has bunkbeds (full and twin), and a full size crib with gliding rocker. The finished terrace has ample space with a cozy conversation set. The basement has a large sectional couch where you can access the pool thru sliding glass doors and a full size wet bar for entertaining. There is a large rec room with air hockey, workout equipment, and a life size Jenga. You can cook your catch outside with the built in gas grill. There are conversational sets by the heated pool and tables to enjoy eating and drinking by the pool. There is a built in gas grill by the pool for you use and a mini kitchen inside the room from the pool. You can relax on the private dock, in the swing, while fishing. There is a new hammock by the heated pool and several swings on the property to enjoy. The home has a fire pit with ample seating, dock with private boat slip (for your rentals), and LIFE SIZE checker board!! This home is truly equipped for anyone and all ages!! There is parking for up to 11 cars on the property! This home is in a residential community so loud parties are not permitted! We do require a min 16 day rental. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25! If you have more than 9 people we can arrange for portable beds (please let us know in advance!) We do allow dogs under 40 lbs but there will be a $500.00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee! EXTRAS** We can take BTC or ETH!!! Private Chef, catering for the holidays, baby showers, weddings, gender reveals, special events, on site couple or singles massages, groceries prior to arrival, house cleaning on demand and much more!
