Upon entering the home you’ll find a cozy seating area, perfect for morning coffee with a waterfront view. As you continue through you’ll find a large dining area, great for family gatherings.
Right off of the main room is the Master bedroom — this room offers a king bed, large lake view windows giving plenty of natural light, peaceful decor and an en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo).
The kitchen and living room are open concept right off of the main entry room. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for a home cooked meal. The kitchen bar seats a total of 6. You’ll also find a quaint little coffee station right off the kitchen.
The living room has a 10’ sectional nestled around a large fireplace.
As you head towards the back of the house you’ll find two additional bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom. The first guest room holds a king size bed with stylish decor and large closet space. The last of the bedrooms is a bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds.
Off of the house is a large screened in porch. This area is fit with a ping pong table and cozy seating— this space gives you a view of the lake and overlooks the fire pit.
The recently updated dock with widened platform allows you and your family to lounge on the water. The dock is also equipped with a Lily Pad, perfect for swimming and lounging for people of all ages.
