Village house not overlooked with on the ground floor a room of 35m2 serving as a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying rack, bicycle, ski room, ...), through which you access the terrace of the 65m2 apartment located on the first floor.
Entrance into the living room with

* from the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor: on the right a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds (which can make a 160x200), with a window and a velux window

opposite, between the two bedrooms, a second toilet (with vmc).
Everything is new (insulation, carpentry, sanitary, kitchen, electricity, appliances, cumulus, heating, ...) and the decoration is neat.
This village house overlooks a large private courtyard (but common to 3 apartments) closed by a gate, where it is forbidden to park cars (except to unload luggage). You can play pétanque, skittles, ... The barn located just opposite is uninhabited (not overlooked).
Our private parking lot is located just in front of the gate (a 700m2 field).
The shops are 150 m away, a maximum of 2 minutes on foot: carrefour-market, pharmacy, tobacco, press, bakery, bar, restaurants, cinema, shops, mini-golf, ...
The lake and Balnea are 650 m, or 7 minutes, still on foot.
To do: paragliding, skis, sledding, bikes, walks, fishing, mushrooms, pedal boat on the lake, swimming pool with slides, inflatable games, mini-golf, pump-track, ponies, quad, tennis, cinema, canyoning, rafting, good sure, "BALNEA".
We provide you with (free) bikes, sleds, pétanque balls, hammock, travel cot, high chair, ...
We can provide you with sheets (15 euros / bed) and towels (10 euros / person).
Possibility of final cleaning for 60 euros.
The price is inclusive of VAT except electricity and tourist tax (compulsory, 1.5 euros / adult / day).
A deposit check of 660 euros is requested on arrival, and returned by mail the following week (thank you for your understanding).
The accommodation is non-smoking (but terrace below and above), and our animal friends are not allowed.
