The Location is perfect!! close to shopping, gulf courses, cinemas, restaurants, fitness & other amenities yet in a very quiet area. Neighborhood has 'deeded' beach rights to 3 miles of natural Beach, South Venice Beach only 2 miles away, accessible by Ferry. Catch the first ferry each morning or whenever. This private Beach is yours to enjoy. “Where else are you going to find this? Ferry Pass included in rental, only 1 pass per household-accommodates up to 6 on ferry ride to and from South Venice Beach, don't lose it-$25 replacement fee. Also 3 miles from either Beautiful Venice, Manasota Key or Caspersen beaches
Sunbathe and fish in the surf, or just collect Venice's famous 'Shark teeth' and don't forget "Sharkey's"!
Voted USA's favorite Beach, 'Siesta Key' is only 20-30 minutes away.
Also, Shamrock Park a few blocks away- brings you to the intra coastal waterway (ICW) bike path - you can go for miles along that bike path! It's beautiful.
There's Elin's free yoga on the beach. It's at Venice Beach (10 minute drive) every morning at 9am, and evenings around an hour before sunset.
There are plenty of great restaurants close by. Sharkey's on the Pier, The Crow's Nest, Bonefish Grill, Mi Pueblo, and on and on!
