At the property you are provided two free reserved parking spaces in front of the unit, plenty of sidewalks for casual strolls and a pool (when in season). Bring just your suitcase and toiletries, we have the rest covered, with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed suite, coffee, hot teas and in-unit washer and dryer. The downstairs living area has a smart tv, plush furniture, board games and magazines to lounge with.
For families with children, a high chair is on site and children's toys and books are present. The round dining room table, coupled with the fast & reliable internet could easily second as a work station. A half bathroom and outdoor patio seating complete the downstairs. The upstairs houses the bedrooms and full bath.
Moving up the carpeted stairs, the master bedroom boasts a memory foam king bed, hotel style pillows, double closets and a full bathroom with a tub/ shower and makeup station. Plenty of natural light stream through the windows and the community quiets in the evenings for a restful nights sleep.
Down the hall, the other bedroom can act as a den with a smart tv and day bed with silky sheets for those mid day naps ! There is also an inflatable queen size bed with separate linens, pillows etc, in the closet of that room.

Summary: We stayed here for admitted student day for Elon. It’s about 15min from campus and way better than staying at a hotel. Perfect size for my daughter and me, my husband would have fit perfectly. Not sure if the couch on the main floor is a pullout but it was the perfect place for me to snuggle up and watch Netflix while my daughter hung it with friends on campus. We will definitely stay again. If it is a pullout, I’d bring my whole family. It was super clean and if a safe neighborhood.
