Excellent, new decor and conveniently located Aloha/Beaverton Town-home. Minutes from Intel, Nike and Supermarkets and Restaurants.
The space
- A signed contract is required to complete reservation. I will send rental contract once booking is done.
- The town-home is two story with all bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. It has a front and a back yard with deck and grill. fireplace remote control operated and a 52" flat screen TV in the leaving room.

Summary: The townhouse is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and close to the family member we came down to take care of. Very nice in side with 3 bedrooms upstairs . Helpful to have laundry facilities there. We enjoyed the front porch to sit on sunny days and were so thankful to have AC. The only part that was a little tough was the sectional couch, it wasn’t to comfortable. My mom is 87 and she could not get comfortable unless she used 3 pillow to prop her up. Other then that we were so thankful for this place.
