Summary: We rented this house for a family gathering: it was a perfect space for out-of-state family to stay overnight, and for locals and visitors to gather by day. We had everything we needed in the house: we enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table, hanging out on the comfy sofas in the living room, using the kitchen for a display of snacks, and the beautiful yard for outdoor games and photos. We walked the area, taking in the beautiful neighborhood, enjoyed eating in and take-out from local restaurants, and attended the Catholic church - just a block away. We also enjoyed the Mississippi River and easy access to Minnehaha Falls. The area is quiet and safe, and the house is newly renovated with carefully chosen comforts and amenities. Last but not least, David and the Evolve team were exceptional hosts, available for questions, receptive to our group's suggestions (for minor rental improvements), kind, and communicative. Overall a super positive experience that everyone in our group appreciated and expressed interest in repeating!
