The structure is located in Thouraz in the municipality of Sarre at an altitude of 1700 m at the entrance to the splendid Mont Fallère valley. The complex, owned by the Matteotti-Girotto family and managed by the same, consists of a bar-restaurant with fully equipped apartments and all with independent entrance. All the interiors have been created with precious finishes in stone and wood, respecting the warmth of our tradition. Small paradise of tranquility surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy an incomparable view of the mountains of the middle Valle d'Aosta, Thouraz is the starting point for excursions and activities in all seasons of the year: walk along the many kilometers of paths (including the prestigious Tour of Mont Fallère), with mountain biking (also with guide), with hiking and mountaineering skis and snowshoes (for the latter it is possible to rent at the property). But there is also space for those who just want to rest and recuperate: each apartment has a small terrace with deck chairs and a table and the restaurant has a large green area where there is also a hot tub inside which invigorate and pamper yourself when you return from a trip (for the summer time). The restaurant offers a well-stocked library and board games. You can still remember the practice of fishing in the creek and Lake Fallère and, for the more daring, you can book a flight with a paraglider. .
Our services: the restaurant with our typical dishes is active from Friday to Sunday while the bed and breakfast service is available every day. Given the distance from shops, we provide a packed lunch service and take-away dishes for those who do not intend to use the kitchenette of the apartments. If you have forgotten or do not have a backpack to embark on a trip, do not worry, we will put it at your disposal.
