This family house is an old Perigord farmhouse all in stone, full of charm and authenticity while combining all the comfort necessary for a great holiday!
The house is in an exceptional setting in the middle of the woods, in a green setting with a view of the Dordogne.
You will find the main house and 1 independent studio in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The house consists of a beautiful living room with traditional fireplace, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, veranda serving as a dining room which opens onto the terrace.
The house is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and toilets.
The studio of approximately 25m2 each consists of a bedroom with storage, a bathroom with toilet.
The house has a beautiful shaded terrace with a breathtaking view of the Dordogne, WEBER barbecue, Wifi;
In the annex is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
Above the house in a green setting is the large swimming pool, beautiful stone beach, outdoor shower, ping pong table.
A carport is also available that can accommodate 3/4 vehicles.
You can go directly on foot to go for a walk in the woods while being 5 minutes on the heights of Saint Cyprien where you will find all the shops and producers of the region.
Local farmers market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings.
