This remodeled farm home with over 100 years of history offers both recreation and relaxation for getaways with family, friends, and even pets! Spacious yards, open living spaces, fun activities, and close proximity to nature paths and beachfronts will be sure to delight all your loved ones. You’ll feel right at home in a quiet, relaxing setting, yet with all the modern amenities.
The space:
Main floor -
The main floor includes an inviting, open concept living space complete with living room, dining area, His and Hers work space, and spacious kitchen. It also has a laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer. There is access to a fenced-in backyard where any kiddos or four-legged friends can run around, and where adults can grill out and enjoy a meal outside! You can play laser tag, go on our Slip ‘N Slide, or shoot some hoops right at home, or take the bikes and head out to the bike path just down the road. At nighttime, sit around our firepit, roast some marshmallows, and take in the fresh summer air, or relax inside playing board games, watching Netflix or Disney movies, or curling up with a good book.
One of the bedrooms with a queen-size bed is conveniently located on the main level, as well as a full bathroom.
Upper level –
The upper level has two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed, so a total of three people can sleep there. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms are comfy and spacious! There is also an additional full bathroom located on this level.
Guest access-
There is a keyless entry into the property. The key code will be sent to you before your arrival. We also have a lockbox with physical key to enter the house. The front door has a Ring camera doorbell.

House is located at the end of a shared driveway past the neighbor’s house.
Plenty of parking for all guest vehicles on the driveway. There is also a 2-car garage available.
Pole Barn located on the property is off-access. Please do not block entrance to pole barn with parked vehicles.
