The main floor has a sizable family room and 2nd fireplace, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a French door that opens out onto a spacious redwood deck.
The 2nd floor has a bright and light living area that offers views and a fireplace that can add a warm and relaxing ambiance while watching movies. The dining area and renovated kitchen are fully equipped with stainless appliances and perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain.
The 2nd bedroom upstairs is large and has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are also sofa beds in the living area and downstairs bedroom for extra sleeping space.

The back and side yards are perfect for entertainment or soaking up the woodsy surroundings. Gather around the deck with seating and have some morning coffee or have a delicious bbq in the backyard while listening to the faint music from Hollywood Bowl on summer nights.
