Walking distance from the Jitney, LIRR & Southold Village. Deck, massive barbecue, indoor soaking tub & outdoor shower. Large 18x36 private saltwater pool. Pool closes at sunset! Umbrellas, lounge chairs, pool toys, along with yard games and fire pit. Close to Greenport Village, local wineries and breweries and many beaches. Public pickleball and tennis courts, miniature golf and Islands End Golf Course are all just a swing away! Live music is provided by most venues during peak season.
Kitchen is well stocked and our newly renovated bathroom features a large soaking tub with rain shower, bluetooth speaker and mood lighting.
Saltwater pool is perfect to soak up the sun or swim a few laps. Pool is for VRBO residing guests only. All additional guests must be pre approved and will be charged 25.00 per day per guest.
