The Space:
Soak up the natural sunlight that shines into the home and illuminates each room with the inviting coastal ambiance and atmosphere of the Sunshine Coast.
Enter through the barn-style front door and into the main living, kitchen and dining space. Styled with character and flair, the space also features a functional desk to complete any work you may have to do while on holiday. The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped with an abundance of appliances and utensils, making cooking while on holiday easier than ever. After refining your culinary skills in the kitchen, choose to present your cooking on the dining table opposite the kitchen. Across from this table is the living room which contains two comfortable couches. Use this space to relax and watch a movie or alternatively, challenge your family and friends to one of the provided board games and spend the afternoon having fun and creating memories. Branching off from the living, kitchen and dining area are the three beautiful bedrooms.
Bedroom one (Master): This bedroom is air-conditioned with a split system and features a plush queen size bed with a wardrobe.
Bedroom two: A comfortable queen size bed with a wardrobe, tasteful touches and a pedestal fan.
Bedroom three: A bunk bed set up that features a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. This room also features plenty of wardrobe space and a pedestal fan.
The main bathroom is located between bedrooms one and three and features a shower, vanity and toilet.
The exterior of the home is heavenly, featuring a large, leafy backyard that is perfect for children and pets to explore. Overlooking this backyard is a large deck that is great for entertaining family or friends. Take advantage of the superb Sunshine Coast weather and host a summer barbecue before sitting down to enjoy a drink or two from the bar cart. Whether you prefer coffee or cocktails, this cart can be used to stock and present your drink preferences in a stylish and convenient way. This deck is also complete with an outdoor dining setting and alfresco lounge area. Watch your kids explore and enjoy the enormous backyard below from the comfort of this deck. Throw down a picnic rug and lie amongst the grass underneath the shade of the trees in the big, beautiful backyard.
Downstairs you will find a laundry nook complete with a washing machine, dryer, toilet and a shower to rinse off your feet after a day at the beach
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park up to two cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
This leafy, sun-lit home serves as the ultimate base to explore the Sunshine Coast. There is an abundance of local restaurants and nearby coffee shops while Kings Beach Tavern and the Mets Surf Club are all within walking distance.
400m walk to the sand at patrolled Kings Beach. This beach is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.
300m walk to the popular beachside water fountains.
200m walk to Kings Beach Park, a great place for children to ride their bikes and play at the playgrounds which include a playground, flying fox and basketball court.
800m walk to Happy Valley Lagoon and patrolled Bulcock Beach.
Moffat Beach - 20 minute walk along the coastal pathway (5-minute drive).
Mooloolaba - 20 minute drive.
Sunshine Coast Airport - 40 minute drive.
Maroochydore- 30 minute drive.
Australia Zoo - 30 minute drive.
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Getting Around:
Park your car/s in the driveway and walk everywhere! You’re only a 5 minute walk to the beach, right next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere! There are also local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately an 8-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for one dog - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
