3 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Laundry
Nestled in a family-friendly neighbourhood of East Vancouver, you will find this beautiful space. Discover a seamless lend of comfort and style with a thoughtful and curated approach to design. Residential Area of Hastings Sunrise District. This property is our mutigenerational home where we live full-time on levels 2,3,4. The space is a separate suite on the 1st level with a fire-rated door that separates the unit from our mechanical room and our home. There is front street entrance to your space down the stairs to your left. Please inform us if you have guests outside of the guests booked visiting during your stay to ensure the safety and comfort of both guest and host.
Travel nurses or Long-Term stays are welcome please message to inquire on reduced fees.
Parties, smoking, vaping, or any harmful chemicals are NOT tolerated or permitted during your stay. We will contact local police otherwise.
