With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, both with closets and clothing drawers, along with 1 in suite bathroom and 1 dual bathroom, both equipped with shower and hair dryers. This soothing retreat, just 10 minutes from Canal Park, or 20 minutes from the North Shore drive, offers a freshly painted and mahogany paneled living room space with large screened windows, new vinyl composit plank-type flooring, and a comfy sofa bed and chairs. The galley is equipped with a 3-burner stove and oven, also a microwave. The dinette accommodates 4 persons for meals. (It also converts into a bed, too) The apartment sized refrigerator and freezer are large enough for several days food supply. A Kurig single cup coffee maker is included. The covered back deck is a great place for meals, memorable conversations, or just enjoying the view with a patio table and 4 chairs. The Command Bridge has couch seating for four, a double couch and also a captain’s chair, covered with a rain-proof Bimini. Sunbathers can enjoy the forward deck to work on their tans.
