1 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Bedding
Hello! At this time, I am not renting for shorter term periods. I am performing arts professional who has been offered a job in Sweden for the year. I am looking to rent my home for a year or so beginning in the Fall, 2020.
My home is extremely cozy, comfortable, and quiet, situated on a short (one block long), quaint, and family-oriented residential street, whose houses were built at roughly the same time, in the 1930's. Lovingly renovated with original art and mid-century furniture, original details (arched doorways, working brick fireplace, glass door handles and beautiful hardwood floors)
Perfect for a couple or single.

Queen-sized bed, sits low to the floor (not great for folks who have difficulty moving in and out of the floor)
Ample room to hang and keep your clothes during your stay.

Shower is nice and strong
Towels and toiletries available
