Our beautifully furnished condo is located in highly desirable location of Pawleys Island, SC. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with beautiful golf courses, beaches and restaurants nearby. The condo is a spacious ground floor unit (approx 1900 sq ft) with WiFi, 10 ft ceilings, beautiful crown molding, washer/dryer, 2 screened in patios, internet network, e-print HP printer and more. It has been completely repainted, and has new flooring in the living/dining room areas. All bedrooms have been recarpeted as well. Onsite Greenhaven pool is a 60 second walk.
As our guest, you will have access to Litchfield By The Sea Resort. Amenities include free private beach access, lighted tennis courts, bike paths and outdoor pools.
