cette maison en bois de chêne de 200 ans entièrement monter par queue d'aronde dans ces angles a été démontée en Roumanie et remonter dans la ville d'Essaouira, une prouesse très originale. sa charpente métallique a quatre pentes entièrement rivetée a été copié selon le modèle du auvent de la gare de Shanghai et est recouverte d'un toits de chaume.
d'une superficie de 100 m² cette maison est totalement écologique montée sur pilotis aucune dalle de béton ce qui permettre d'avoir une sensation de bien-être et un confort de très haute gamme.
composée d'une grande pièce centrale, vous y trouverez un canapé confortable avec une table basse très ancienne, un espace cuisine complet avec son équipement qui est fabriqué avec du bois de rosiers datant du XVIIIE siècle.
derrière un paravent du XVIIIE siècle ce cache un lit de 2/2 m devant un écran de télévision de 1,40/1 m.
les toilettes sont composées d'une douche montée sur caillebotis avec de la robinetterie en bronze massif. le lavabo est un tronc d'arbre travailler dans la masse avec ses robinets en laiton très original avec ses toilettes traditionnelles moderne.
