Located in the municipality of La Bresse in the Hautes-Vosges, in a quiet area, overlooking the city, our rental is close to shops and the city center (5 minutes walk).
This property offers very fast access to the various ski resorts located in the town. A climbing site and different departures from hiking trails are nearby.
Our chalet-style house sleeps 8 people with two bedrooms and a "mountain area" located on the second floor, and a sofa bed on the first floor.
On the first floor, you will find a beautiful living space with an open and spacious kitchen consisting of a central island with various equipment (oven, microwave, tea warmer, fridge, freezer, cellar wine cooler, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee machine with pods, kettle, fondue set, raclette / stone grill, blender, toaster and all necessary dishes) . The living area includes a large wooden table for 8 people and a pellet stove and a sofa bed (sleeping for two people) with an adjustable flat screen and WIFI access. From the living room you will also have access to a large balcony with a beautiful view. On this level, you will find a toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom "mountain space" with two single beds. The second level also includes a toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the mountain area, there are board games and a small library.
On the ground floor you will find a ski rack as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
We provide you with a vacuum cleaner, an ash vacuum cleaner, a chair and a cot, a drying rack and buckets and cleaning brushes.
The house is surrounded by a green area with a garden.
Two cars can be parked in front of the rental.
A chargeable service of bedding and towels is possible.
The various charges (electricity consumption and pellet consumption) and tourist tax are not included in the rental price that you will pay via Abritel.
