The pool, hot tub, and backyard area are shared with the tenants staying in the casita. The tenants are very friendly. Feel free to say hello to their pup!

Our home is nestled in an up-and-coming neighborhood that's still undergoing development. Please be aware that the area includes homeless shelters and churches, so encounters with homeless individuals may occur.

Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.

Heating Information:
Default Setting: Heating will not be activated by default upon your arrival.
Guest Activation: Guests interested in using the hot tub must submit a request by contacting us before their arrival. Please send us a message with your request, specifying your ETA
ETA Requirements: To guarantee the hot tub is ready for use upon your arrival, provide us with an accurate ETA and ensure you arrive within 2 hours of the specified time. If travel plans change and you arrive later than the specified time, the heat timer will be reset, and the hot tub heating may not be immediately available.

Cleaning Equipment: We provide a skimmer and other pool cleaning equipment for your use. Guests are encouraged to handle minor leaf and debris situations at their convenience. Please feel free to reach out immediately if you notice any cleanliness issues.
Special Note on Pool Appearance:
Liner Condition: While the pool liner may appear aged, rest assured it undergoes thorough weekly professional cleaning. The only occasional dirt may result from leaves and debris blown in by nearby plants/trees.
Security Measures:
Fenced Property: The house is securely enclosed with a fully fenced wall.
Secured Entryways: All entry points are equipped with locks to ensure your safety.
Garage Access: For added security, the garage provides a safe entry point, especially when arriving after dark. If utilizing the garage entrance, kindly leave the side door unlocked. Alternatively, follow the path past the washer/dryer around the back to access the main entrance.

Maintenance: We strive to keep the unit in excellent condition with regular maintenance. Should you encounter any issues, please let us know so we can address them promptly.
Pest Control: Our unit benefits from regular pest control services to ensure a comfortable stay. However, occasional sightings of local insects may occur due to our desert surroundings.
Noise: Being centrally located means you might experience some ambient noise from the city or nearby activities, which adds to the vibrant local atmosphere.
Turnover Checklist: We use an extensive 75+ step checklist to make sure everything is perfect for your arrival.
