Summary: The apartment was great, but here hare the reasons for 1 less star: - The checking procedure was quite cumbersome - The parking lot in the garage is a joke.. such a tight spot right next to the gate and wall.. forget about parking a truck there - we were told to be able to use 2 bikes shown on the pictures.. they were broken, rusty. We were told someone would come to service them, nobody came - most of our communication was answered by a BOT, with lot of nonsense.. e.g. I booked the apartment and the BOT refused to give me the address - not the best neighborhood, no Safeway/Lucky/Raley's, only small mom&pop groceries Anyway, the kids likes the pool/spa, gym, and the apartment was clean and spacious.
