Negative: Parking pass we we given did not work and we believe that the manger knew about this before we began our stay. Unfortunately a new pass was not organised before our stay ended. I am aware that the managers didn’t need to do this but they made out that they were doing us a massive favour by offering us things to make good the situation. It is important to note that long term parking in the area is difficult during the week and one of the main considerations in choosing the room was the parking spot. In the end, not having the spot created a big inconvenience for my wife and children.
Summary: Room and location were fine but parking issue made the stay less enjoyable.
