It’s time to fish, swim, float, kayak and play away, then relax in the comfort of our beautiful lakefront home!! Fish along the dock where bass, catfish, and pan fish have been caught by the kids. Spend time on the water or just relax in the hot tub or one of two large screened porches with great views of the lake.
Outdoor: A paved path leads down to a double-deck dock and always deep water. Bring your boat and use our large private covered boat dock with electricity or take advantage of the kayaks available to you. The protected cove on deep water (25’ at full pool) is excellent for fishing and safe for kids to swim. Need a break from the water, relax in the swing on the lower screened porch and watch your favorite sports team play a game or gather together on the upper screen porch to sit around the table and play board games as you take in a sunrise or sunset on beautiful Lake Hartwell.
Indoor: Recently renovated home features an open kitchen and living area. Comfy couches and chairs and charming wood burning fireplace stove allow for a perfect indoor retreat. The kitchen is full of all the necessities and comforts of home providing a place for easy cooking or use the gas grill outside. There is one spacious king bedroom and full bath on main floor. Down the stairs, there are two additional large bedrooms (one with K and one with Q and Twin bunks) in basement plus a bonus room used as a 4th bedroom (Full bunks) and full bath in the hallway. All dedicated bedrooms have sliding glass doors that provide good natural light and let you see the water when you wake up.

Exit 173 off 85 - 19 minutes (13 miles)
Be Aware: The property is on a hill. The house is a few shallow stairs with a hand rail from the parking pad. There is paved path that leads from the house to the lake that is at a pretty steep incline. There are not handrails on the paved path to the dock.
