This recently renovated 1920 Farmhouse has ample space for hosting and relaxing with an enclosed front porch, large two-tier deck, and outdoor fire pit. Part of the beauty of this property is the ability to close off a section of the house to make it into a mother-in-law suite with its own bedroom, bathroom and living area on the main level with a private entrance.
Cascade Farmhouse can accommodate up to 10 total guests. The farmhouse will allow up to 2 dogs with pre-approval and associated pet fee. Note: there is NOT a enclosed area. The Farmhouse is set back from Cascade Road (35 MPH) which is one of the main roads to get into Lake Placid.
