Just a short walk from Guia town centre, and nearby to many bars, and restaurants, this property offers close proximity to sought-after amenities while surrounded by unspoiled landscapes. A little further out, the lively port of Albufeira, fantastic beaches, and exciting cultural heritage can be found.
The private swimming pool invites you to cool off after an afternoon spent basking underneath the hot Portuguese sun. With sun loungers scattered across the garden, there’s plenty of opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries. The shaded terrace is the perfect place to tuck into a family feast prepared on the built-in barbeque and somewhere you can sit to enjoy your morning brew.

The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 244cm wide. The path to the poolside is 97cm wide. There is 1 step down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The patio around the pool is narrow. Its also surrounded by lawn.The pool itself has ladderaccess. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 9 steps from the hallway into the lounge/dining area, kitchen and to access the pool area internally. Its an L-shaped staircase. All bedroomand bathroom doors are 73cm wide.
