Our well-kept holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife is very fully equipped so that you will not miss anything.
The house is located in Las Rosas, a suburb of Las Galletas, where mainly locals and residents live.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with direct access to the 60 sqm south-west terrace, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor you will find the two colorful bedrooms, of course with shutters to darken.
From the larger bedroom you have access to a beautiful sunny balcony.
The bed (180 x 200 cm) has new, firm latex mattresses. This bedroom has a very spacious closet. You will also find a safe in this room.
The bed in the other bedroom is 160 x 200 cm and has a firm foam mattress.
The spacious daylight bathroom has a large shower.
On the 60 square meter sun terrace with exotic plants such as hibiscus, jasmine, gofio, banana trees, etc you can enjoy the sun until evening even in winter. There is a large patio table with 4 comfortable chairs and lounge chairs.
You can park right in front of the house.
It is approx. 1,5 km to the beach, there is a small supermarket and a pharmacy in town. Larger supermarkets and shops in the pedestrian zone of Las Galletas, 1.5 km away. Lots of restaurants and bars on the Costa de Silencio, 2 km away.
