Positive: American couple staying for 4 nights in June. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this spacious villa with amazing view and plenty of privacy. CLEAN. Comfortable beds and good downstairs shower. Garage parking. Good location to Lenno lakeside (yes, a steep walk). Take the inexpensive water taxi's to get around. We also hiked part of the Greenway Del Largo, which was good. The villa is well stocked and feels like home. No air conditioning BUT a cool basement when you need it. A great space for a family!! Enjoyed the pool very much!! Our host was AMAZING and took good care of us when I discovered that I had forgotten some items at checkout. Supermarket walkable or drivable with easy parking. 100% would happily stay again.
Negative: Unfortunate and NO fault to the property management but there was a large construction crane partially blocking the view for located in front and next to the lake but didn't bother us, just a surprise to see it. The complex was in need of yard maintenance, including trimming up the hedge and tree to reveal more of a lake view but we did notice upon checkout that they were working on it, so just bad timing for us.
Summary: Beautiful lake view, comfortable and spacious apartment in a nice area of the lake.
