Luxurious, private and lush, Casa Elegante delivers the ultimate in style and comfort. A newly listed home with incredible ocean view and wildlife, nestled at the edge of the rainforest overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located in Ojochal, 10 minute drive from gorgeous beaches and the Costanera/beach highway. Close to dozens of excellent restaurants, eco adventure tours, shops, grocery stores, and personal services. The perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy peace and tranquility! Casa Elegante is your luxurious private vacation getaway, with a main house (3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, wi-fi and air conditioning in every room) and separate guest house with workspace (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi and second full kitchen). They are never rented to separate guest groups. The main house sleeps 6 and the casita sleeps an additional 2 guests. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests, as we have a discounted base rate for smaller groups, and an additional per person charge for larger groups. At 650' in elevation, and built with privacy in mind, the spacious home is open concept with one side facing the Pacific Ocean and the other side facing the rain forest mountains. The expansive pool deck is the perfect place to lounge the day away, and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of vino. Enjoy the sights and sounds of White Faced Monkeys, Toucans and Scarlet Macaws in the trees, while watching the awe inspiring dawn spread across the ocean horizon. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area and living room, the perfect place to entertain while gazing at the sunset. At the end of an adventure filled day, watch the sunset from the pool, movies via your Netflix/Amazon account, grill on the gas BBQ or have your private chef serve a delicious meal. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Playa Tortuga and the Costanera/beach highway, and close to the bustling little village of Ojochal with dozens of excellent local and world cuisine restaurants, boutique shops, a gourmet deli and grocery stores. 4x4 is required.
