Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this beautiful house on Lake Hartwell with plenty of space for lots of family fun! This home has space for lots of different activities for each of your family members. From watching a movie in our theatre, sitting in our hot tub relaxing, being outside playing a game of corn hole, or having a cup of tea in front of our living room fireplace.

On the first floor is a huge open living room with a fireplace, dining and kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a Master bedroom ensuite, 2 other queen bedrooms, den with a shared bath.

- A gas fireplace in the living room that will take the chill off of you in those cool fall evenings.
- All tv has Roku and wifi is available.
DINING AREA:

ENTERTAINMENT:
- The lower level has a huge pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, and media room for popcorn night
OUTDOOR:
- During the summer feel free to play bocce ball, frisbee, and corn hole.
- Use the 2 kayaks or sit on the deck in the evening and enjoy a fire!
- Double doors open out to a patio area with a hot tub and nicely manicured lawn to play bocce ball, corn hole, or sit in the sun.

- The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler, large gas range, vent hood, micro, dishwasher, and much more.

The house is located very close to 2 very quaint Southern towns. Both are approximately 15 minutes from the house and have lots of interesting gift shops and nice restaurants with Southern cooking. In Toccoa, there is a wonderful museum called the Currahee Museum which has lots of information on the war efforts that Toccoa was involved in.
