This lovely home is located in the Spring Valley community of Divide, Colorado and is perfectly situated for family fun. Wind your way into Pike National Forest all the way to Prib’s Point. We hope you love mountain and lake views, because this home looks right out to the reservoir and the mountains rise up on the horizon. Head down to the community pavilion and take a walk around the lake to unwind at the end of the day. If your daily adventures leave you sore, take a soak in the private hot tub instead, and let your aches and pains wash away.
Hang out outside and fire up the grill! You bring the steaks, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with eat-in dining table and an open floor plan to the living room if everyone is hanging out inside.
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and it’s own en suite bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect hangout for some late night fun - watch movies or shoot some pool. There are two bedrooms - one with two twins which can convert to a king (converter kit and sheets available), and one with a queen - to escape to when you’re ready to turn in. Additionally, there is a full sized pull out couch, and one more could sleep on the couch in the living room. We also have a Pack-n-Play crib for your tiniest adventurer. In the morning, visit the coffee bar and make yourself some tea, coffee or cocoa before heading up for breakfast.
