Condo perfect for families with easy access to condo pool and private beach. Corner unit with a wrap-around lanai for extra terrace space with water views to the south for great morning sun and the the west for stunning sunsets. Hear the waves from this first floor condo.
The unit includes all the amenities of a home including a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine and more!
Large living room faces out to the San Carlos Bay. Living room has a flat screen TV. Plenty of seating space with 2 sofas: large new leather recliner sofa and new sofa that pulls out to a bed (drapes are fully lined with blackout lining). New sofas installed 2023 along with new coffee table.
Enjoy the Master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, TV , and a new en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (renovated 2023) and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. New mattress installed in 2022. Master bedroom has direct access to lanai.
The second bedroom welcomes you with a queen size bed and a twin bed comfortably sleeping 3 guests. New beds and mattresses installed in November 2022. The room has a large closet and flat screen TV. Second bathroom is a full bathroom.
The third bedroom is a kids beach vacation dream! Bright and light coloring. The special bunk bed ( twin over a double) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Flat screen TV and comfortable chair for viewing TV or reading.
The third bathroom has recently been fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror.
The enclosed lanai has dining tables and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. All televisions have Xfinity/Comcast. In addition high-speed wifi Internet access available within the condo for no additional charge.

Parking is free of charge. Only 2 parking passes will be provided.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.
Public beaches of Sanibel Island & Fort Myers are a short drive away. Golf courses, outlet shopping malls, bike rentals... are all nearby.
