This house is located in one of Bundalong’s best locations with views over the Murray River main strait and the Lagoon. The lawn at the front of the house leads straight down to the waterfront and private boat ramp making kayaking from the front door and waterskiing extremely easy.
This two storey house offers the most spectacular views. The upstairs has an open plan kitchen, living, dining opening onto a new spotted gum deck with 180 degree views of the river and lagoon. Accommodating a barbecue and outdoor dining space this is the perfect spot to enjoy your G &T whilst watching the boats on the river as you cook the family meal. The upstairs level also features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with seperate toilet . Downstairs has another large living and dining area with a kitchenette, 2 further bedrooms, bathroom, 2 seperate toilets and laundry with washing machine . The upstairs lounge/kitchen has a large split system air conditioning unit and all the other rooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery etc to suit the size of house.
Additionally, there is a BBQ on the downstairs verandah and chairs and lounges for your use by the river.
There is a Queen bed, 3 double beds and a bunk room with a single set of bunks with trundle and a tri bunk with double at bottom and single above. Linen is provided for all stays of 4 nights or longer.
Our beautiful home provides a relaxing retreat from city life as it has no wifi or TV perfect for families to reconnect with each other and the beautiful surrounds. Please note there is an aerial connection and mobile coverage from Telstra, Optus and Vodafone.
Accommodating 14 guests (8 adults and 6 children) with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is in a quiet position with outstanding views.
Please note there is no access to the garage and no pets, no smoking, tents, caravans or parties allowed. The property is available for maximum 14 guests. We have permanent residents as neighbours and we need to respect their privacy.
