This luxury 3 bedroom Semi Detached Villa has private gated access and is located at the top of the resort.
The Villa has its own private garden with gated access directly onto the shared pool and fully equipped with every amenity you could wish for.
There is full A/C throughout, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with IPTV and reduced fees for all amenities on the resort with 35% discount on golf, 10% discount on spa, gym, indoor pool plus food and drink in the restaurant.
This property is furnished to a very high specification and is made to feel like you are home from home.
The open plan Kitchen, Lounge & Dining Room is extremely spacious. Here you will find 5 Seater Corner Sofa & 2 Seater Sofa, flatscreen satellite TV, 8 Seater Dining Suite, Breakfast Bar and Modern Kitchen.
The villa has full Air conditioning and heating throughout.
There is a cloakroom on the ground floor and large utility room with washer/dryer and storage for suitcases, golf clubs etc.
All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with the Master Bedroom featuring a King Size Bed, Fitted Wardrobes and a En-Suite Shower room with a double shower. There are patio doors leading out onto the upstairs balcony with table and chairs and views across the golf course.
The 2nd Bedroom has Twin Beds with twin/zip & link superking beds, Fitted Wardrobes, En-Suite Shower Room and patio doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the pool and with table and chairs.

Summary: We’ve visited Boavista many times over the past 15 years, from Fairviews to Lakeview and a lot in between. The standard of the newer properties far outweighs the older, and although there is still some building going on, generally the noise is minimal. The property itself is extremely high quality, fantastic finishings and contains everything you could possibly need. Boavista has always been incredibly well keep and there is no compromise in the cleanliness of the apartment, inside or out. The Hideaway pool is the best of all other options, was always quiet in terms of the number of people using it, and again very clean. Get in it just after they pull back the cover in the morning for a nice warm dip to start the day. Downside, there really are none, if you are familiar with what the area has to offer you will know what to expect, if you’re not then there’s plenty. Only slight gripes, the property is called Casa Pedra, but you will not find this in any of the location instructions, with this you will know exactly where the property is as Casa Pedra is shown on Google Maps, satellite image is old so the property cannot be seen. There is a very handy streaming box attached to the TV with literally thousands of channels. Although there are no instructions on how to use it. EPG only calls up the group of channels it is set to, so if someone has previously changed this to suit them, its not clear on how to change it back. It was sorted, though better instruction on how to obtain all channels would be an idea for any potential overcast days, which are rare! Thank you for sharing your incredible Villa.
