When you walk through our front door, you'll find yourself in our living room. This warm, inviting space is complete with a cream-colored couch, two leather lounge chairs,Roku Smart TV, two paned windows overlooking the front yard and stunning natural-wood accents on the ceiling and walls.
Head to the right and you'll enter into our kitchen and dining area. The first thing you'll notice is our bright blue walls, open shelving units, farmhouse decor and large kitchen island. On the frontside of the island, you'll see two high top chairs and two barstools - the perfect place to enjoying a meal or keep the cook company. In the kitchen, you'll find all the high-end amenities you need to create the perfect meal, baked good or cup of coffee. Near the sliding glass doors leading to the back patio, you'll also see a two-top dining table.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three luxury bedrooms:
(1) Our first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser, lounge chair and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom is complete with a Twin-size bed, Twin-size trundle and en suite bath.
Out back, enjoy our patio, which overlooks our 112 acres of open land! Head down the stairs and you'll find our BBQ grill as well as a fire pit with custom-built wooden benches. There's no better place to experience that fresh Arkansas air.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
