Positive: Wonderful location so close to the beach and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. . Comfortable space for all 9 of us. Spacious kitchen to all socialize as we cooked. Pool area was great to wind down after a day at the beach. So many extras in the storage room with the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and carts.
Negative: There really isn't anything we didn't like. We had a great time and the house had plenty of space to accommodate us all.
