“Island Time” brings the entire gang together while still offering plenty of private space. This new, beautiful masterpiece is on the North Cape San Blas and occupies a double gulf front lot. The entry level welcomes you with plenty of parking, a spacious covered patio, outdoor kitchen, bath, shower and one of the larges inground pools in the area. The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. At the top level you will find an enormous open living, dining and entertainment space with soaring ceilings in the kitchen, large pantry, extra refrigerator, living, dining, game space and a huge bar area.
