It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area.
