Appena entrati in Casa Losito troverete un comodo spazio living con postazione lavoro e connessione Gigabit WI-FI gratuita (sulla scrivania troverete anche un MacBook) e uno dei quattro graziosi balconcini su cui poter fare colazione con vista sulla meravigliosa piazzetta sottostante allestita con bar, ristoranti e bistrot.
A destra troverete la cucina, completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici SMEG (tostapane, bollitore e macchina da caffè), forno a microonde SAMSUNG e lavastoviglie. Sopra il piano a induzione una meravigliosa ed ampia finestra motorizzata che da anch'essa sulla piazzetta. Proseguendo troverete un piccolo corridoio che porta ai due bagni: uno completo con WC, bidè, lavabo, doccia e lavatrice e uno di servizio con WC e lavabo.
Percorrendo il corridoio a sinistra dell'ingresso troverete invece il salotto (camera da letto 2) con un comodo divano letto king size con materasso da 20cm e una TV SAMSUNG THE FRAME 50” che vi mostrerà durante il vostro soggiorno le opere d’arte dei migliori musei al mondo, due meravigliosi terrazzini che danno sulla piazzetta e sulla suggestiva e storica Via Dei Tribunali.
In caso di necessità questa stanza può trasformarsi in una più che confortevole camera da letto. Infatti, il divano letto con materasso da 160x200cm alto 20cm, è stato scelto proprio per questa evenienza. Inoltre, nella stessa stanza, oltre ad un armadio di servizio dove potete trovare tutto il necessario per lavare e stirare le vostre cose, troverete un grazioso guardaroba per ospitare i vostri indumenti personali.
Proseguendo nel corridoio si arriva alla grande camera da letto arredata con un letto matrimoniale 160x200cm con materasso alto 24cm e un divano letto con 2 letti singoli dove possono dormire comodamente due adulti. Per i più piccoli, all’occorrenza, forniamo anche una culla e un seggiolone in cucina.
