For relaxing and rejuvenating holidays in Les Sables d'Olonne, we offer this lovely new single-storey house, located near the town of Olonne-sur-Mer and its shops. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, you will appreciate both its contemporary decoration and its 400m2 garden, its 21m2 terrace and its above-ground swimming pool (3 m x 4 m), unheated and available from 15 June to 15 September. Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant and friendly living area, consisting of a dining room ideal for sharing good meals, a comfortable TV lounge, and an open kitchen that allows you to cook without being isolated. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. To start the day well, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.
