DETAILS: Fabulous, brand new construction sitting Gulf-front in Miramar Beach! Allow "Beachfront Oasis" to take your breath away with incredible amenities and accommodations for 32 guests. With 10 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom, a private pool, and multiple scenic balconies, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The first floor is a mecca for entertaining guests with a game room, including a pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table, open theater seating, and wet bar overlooking the lanai. The Gulf-front pool overlooks the private beach and includes a sitting spa and sun deck. There are also 3 guest rooms--2 with king beds and a bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunks.
Upstairs, the open floor plan of the great room and kitchen will serve up to 19 guests for a meal at the dining table, bar area, and breakfast bar. There is also a bar and walk-in pantry off of the kitchen. The second-floor balcony allows for an additional spot for guests to enjoy the perfect view of sunsets and sunrises over the water while utilizing the grill. There is a king guest room and bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunks with private bathrooms on this floor as well.
The third floor hosts the remaining 5 guest rooms, all with king beds, including 2 identical primary suites with balcony access. Each has its own bathroom and luxury bedding to offer the highest comfort. There is also an additional laundry unit on this floor and a covered balcony overlooking the Gulf.
