Fully remodeled with speedy 1 gig WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room, and updated retro appliances. Full-size washer and dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, and the Snowbowl. Fully fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and charcoal BBQ grill.
