PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• 50% required at booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations 60+ days prior: refundable (minus admin fees).
• Cancellations within 59 days: non-refundable.
• Admin fee: USD $150 (wire transfers) or 4% (credit card payments).
Dec 18 – Jan 5:
• 50% required at booking (non-refundable).
• Remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival.
• No date changes allowed, except in cases of force majeure (valid for 11 months).
