Enjoy the soothing sounds of a continuously flowing mountain stream that runs in front of the home and across the entire property. Combine this with the sights and sounds of abundant wildlife enjoying the thick, forested, private lot, and you are certain to find your bliss at 7th Heaven!
The wrap-around porch features several cozy seating areas, including rocking chairs, a bench swing, and an outdoor dining set with a gas firepit in the center of the table that seats 6.
There is a large hammock located next to the creek to help you experience ultimate relaxation.
Located just across from the driveway is a trailhead that leads to an easy to moderate journey, following a babbling stream to one of the three pristine lakes found within the community. This trail is part of a beautifully maintained, 28+ mile trail system found throughout Big Canoe.
Inside, you can enjoy an open floor plan with a two-story ceiling, featuring sky lights and exposed beams. The windows in the living room wrap around 3 sides, and there is a large picture window with cushioned seating in the breakfast area right off the kitchen. This allows an abundance of natural light to flow through the Main house. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably.
The primary bedroom is a very large King Suite on the main level, with a large full bath, featuring an oversized walk-in shower with a bench. This suite also offers a separate sitting room/library surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, bringing beautiful scenes of nature indoors.
There is a Queen bedroom and full bath located off the upper level loft. The loft overlooks the open floor plan below and offers two beanbag chairs and a futon.
There is a half bath and laundry closet off the newly renovated kitchen on the main level.
*All five bathrooms are newly renovated.
The wrap-around porch leads to a separate Guesthouse, featuring a
Family Suite upstairs, with private entrance. This suite includes a Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom (with 2 trundle beds - 4 twin beds total). These two bedrooms are connected by a shared bath.
The Guesthouse also features a large Queen Suite downstairs, with private entrance, full bath, and a coffee bar; including a refrigerator and microwave.
Attached to this suite, but also with an entrance from the porch, is the Ultimate Gameroom with a pool table, foosball table, a giant wall mounted connect four, corn hole, slack lines, tons of puzzles/games and a cozy seating area. The gameroom also offers one of two TVs found at this mountain retreat. This TV features a Wii gaming system, a DVD player (with loads of movies), and a Firestick for access to your streaming services.
The second television offers streaming services through Roku and can be found in the family room in the Main House.
There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a 2 person canoe- all with paddles and life vests.
There is a pickle ball set, basketball, and a bocce set available for use at various Big Canoe recreation areas.
*There is ample parking for 8+ cars in 2 separate driveways.
