This gorgeous 1940s weatherboard delight is perfectly positioned less than 200m from Ocean Grove’s Collendina Beach. Pack the boogie boards and beach towels and embrace the coastal lifestyle, with so much to explore from this home base. Located in a great area away from the busy heart of Ocean Grove, this home is in a fabulous location central to both shopping centres (3mins drive to either The Terrace or Marketplace Shops), a short walk to the Begola Wetlands and close to the Cheeky Cow café for your morning coffee.
The kitchen and family bathroom have been sympathetically modernised, in keeping with its heritage. Beyond a delightful servery is the kitchen which boasts all the modern amenities including dish drawer, breakfast bar and a coffee machine. A round breakfast table overlooks a lovely undercover north-facing deck and alfresco dining area. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh sea breeze while you cook a BBQ and relax outside. Inside, the large dining area has split system heating-cooling and evokes a tropical setting. It leads through to a sun-filled living area with a Smart TV (Netflix connectivity), ducted gas heating, ceiling fan, and fabulous views over the garden and deciduous vine-covered pergola.
Four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. BYO beach towels. The parents retreat has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and Smart TV (Netflix connectivity). Two more comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor (Queen and Double) are serviced by an eclectic family bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. A wonderful addition is the loft/attic space above the bedrooms, complete with a Double Bed, floor cushions and board games that kids will love after long days at the beach.

Our beach house is within walking distance to the beach (200m), Begola Wetland reserve (150m), Cheeky Cow café (800m), supermarkets/shops (3mins drive to The Terrace or Marketplace shops).

Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
