The cottage has been recently renovated and fitted out with a 'Japandi' vibe. A new open and bright kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of storage. The generous combined living and dining room flow out onto the bullnose verandah and enjoy year-round overlooking of the gardens and distant hills. The idyllic surrounding verandah, with its north facing aspect is perfect for soaking up the sun throughout the day.
Three good sized bedrooms, which all have lovely private vistas, share the redesigned contemporary bathroom plus separate powder room. There is also a study alcove with a well stocked library and fold out sofa bed for an extra guest or two.
Peaceful and private, this beautifully established one acre property is a treasure trove of garden delights! Featuring charming cold climate shrubs, mature deciduous and evergreen trees, productive fruit trees, a seasonal vegetable garden, Australian natives plus expanses of lovely lawn areas. A rustic and atmospheric fire pit is a fun spot to roast marshmallows and enjoy the evening under the garden festoon lights.
