8 Bedroom House with Ocean View, Internet and Wellness Facilities
This beautiful 1920's Federal style house has been completely remodeled for the sole purpose of ensuring the comfort of large gathering. We took down walls to create more open spaces and added bathrooms. Located on a corner lot, one block from Lake Geneva and 3-5 blocks from everything else you want to do-eating, shopping, boating, etc. this house is the perfect retreat for your family reunion or large group. Everything from the kitchenware to the luxury bedding is new and beautiful with a designers touch and great attention to detail. The private fenced backyard with screened 10x14 Gazebo has a comfy sitting area and lower lever deck for outdoor dining. A large weber grill is waiting for your favorite recipes. Inside the back door is a fully stocked chefs kitchen with triple ovens and antique workbench island. You will walk through a small butlers pantry to the formal dining room with 10ft. farmhouse table, seagrass chairs and monumental captains chairs. The living room has it all! Abundant seating, 65" Flat screen TV with expanded cable, antique pool table and windows, galore. The windows connect with the large wrap around 4 season porch that faces towards the lake. There are plenty of places to enjoy your morning coffee, evening glass of wine or maybe a game of foosball. The main floor can sleep up to 7 with 2 Queen bedrooms, one with private bath and one with a bathroom a few steps away and a twin/twin trundle bed on the porch. The porch has been completely outfitted with blinds for privacy and shade and ceiling fans for your comfort. Upstairs, there are 4 very large king bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All the bedrooms have premium mattresses, gel pillows, and luxurious linens for a great night sleep. The Main house will sleep up to 15 people. For parties larger than 15 or if you just want to spread out, "The Barracks" is a separate building a few steps behind the main house. It is the perfect "escape" for the kids with sleeping for up to 8 in twins, a bathroom, TV and DVD.
