3 brand new casitas with large pool, outdoor bathrooms & shower. Each with living area, kitchen, & half bath on main floor & bedroom with bath upstairs. Amazing tilework, glass block windows, spiral staircase, incredible acoustics & many unique features add charm. Sliding doors to ground level patio & bedroom balcony provide excellent natural light & views. Garden features 16 young fruit trees & vines. Located on a hilltop in a tiny neighborhood less than a mile to Cerritos Beach & Highway 19.
Neighborhood eateries include Same Same But Different, a tiny artisanal breakfast and lunch spot, and Taste of Asia serving lunch and dinner. Shaka's Cantina is within walking distance for great food and live music, located across the road from Westside Surf Rentals and near Kimberly's, a small market, and on the way to the beach. Barracuda is on the final stretch to the beach, serving fresh seafood tacos and burritos and featuring a full bar, with the lovely and delicious Casa Maya restaurant located around the corner. 5-minute drive to town, El Pescadero, for restaurants, including Lucky 23 and farm-to-table Hierbabuena, shops, Salgado's grocery market, multiple pharmacies, and the gas station. 10-minute drive from there to Todos Santos, where you can find dozens of restaurants, shops, and art galleries, as well as St. Jude's, a 24-hour medical center. Continue driving another hour north to reach the bustling and cosmopolitan city of La Paz with anything and everything to offer. An hour drive to the south of Eden are Los Cabos including Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, also urban areas with every imaginable tourist amenity.

Summary: Very nice, new and clean place with a unique and quirky style! The road might scare a few, but it's easy! I wish we could have stayed our full 3 nights, but we're left with one due to airline messes. Will be back for sure!
